The 16th Annual Kyndle Mongeon Tournament is Complete!
Another year has passed and the 16th Annual Kyndle O. Mongeon Memorial golf tournament is now completed.  The tournament barely began when all returned to the clubhouse to wait out a brief shower that left some quarter-sized hailstones on the greens and fairways.  But after the squall passed, the sun came back out and remained for the rest of the day.  The tournament featured the first hole-in-one ever in the 16 years of the K.O.M. event.  Dave Bostwick hit the drive that landed in the cup without need of a second shot.  Congratulations to the winning team of Dave Bostwick, Jeff Gilmore, Geoff Murray, Jay Parent and Craig Villeneuve (pictured above).

Congratulations to the 2011 scholarship winners: Kolby Dunsmore, Elise Gunther and Cylas Martell-Crawford. The K.O.M tournament has now helped 48 graduating Bellows Free Academy Students pursue their academic goals.  Thanks to all who have helped in this effort to assist those from BFA who seek to "Be the Best" while helping to remember Kyndle and all he represented.   We are continually thankful for your support!  

We hope to see you at next year's tournament on Saturday, June 23, 2012 - one week after Father's day!  Watch this page for 2011 pictures - coming soon!

Why we are here

The Kyndle O. Mongeon Foundation was formed to advance charitable causes in memory of Kyndle Mongeon. Kyndle died in 1993 while attending Colgate University. The foundation sponsors an annual Golf Tournament to raise money for a scholarship in Kyndle's name at Bellows Free Academy in St. Albans, Vermont.
